Can I buy Hothair products in stores?
Yes, a broad range of Hothair products are sold in Selfridges London as well in our own boutiques, and a selected range are also sold in Natural Image boutiques Click here for our salon details

Can you help me match my colour?

Yes, we will be happy to help you select the right colour. Either message us on Facebook or Twitter with your query and a high resolution image of your hair in natural daylight, or send in a small cut sample to: HotHair, 103 Union St, SE1 0LA

Do you offer a rebate on VAT if I have alopecia, chemotherapy related hair loss, or other medical related hairloss. 

Yes, to qualify for VAT to be removed from your order you must fill out the form in the link below. When placing your order, write in the comments box that you have filled out the form and we will remove the VAT for you.  Please note that this ONLY applies to wigs, and not hairpieces or extensions.
