Delivery Update
DELIVERY DELAYS due to SNOW AND ICE
There are delays of between 48 and 72 hours for deliveries across the UK due to adverse conditions, especially in Northern England and Scotland.
Our warehouse is currently also experiencing some delays due to the weather cause by icy conditions and snow.
PLEASE NOTE:
All orders are subject to availability within our warehouse or our suppliers warehouse. Please allow extra time for deliveries if you are ordering outside the UK or ordering to remote areas within the UK.
PAULA YOUNG BRAND DELIVERIES
Wigs from the Paula Young (and Jaclyn Smith) collections still are experiencing some delays as the company who owns Paula Young Wigs in the USA has been purchased by another company.
We are delighted to confirm that following the recent change of ownership in the USA of Paula Young, that their warehouse has now completed its relocation and that they are now processing orders.
There may be still some delays with various styles and colours while they assess their inventory and start to recieve regular deliveries from their manufacturers.
