Delivery & Returns

We accept orders for delivery in the UK, Continental Europe, USA & Canada and most countries worldwide.

We aim to dispatch orders the following working day, however during busy periods, dispatch may be delayed an extra day or two. No charges will be made to your credit card until the goods are dispatched..

Delivery within the UK via Royal Mail 1st Class is £5.95

Delivery within the UK via Royal Mail Secure Delivery is £7.50

Delivery to European destinations is £7.00 and can take up to 5 days for delivery

Delivery to the rest of the world is £10.00 and can take between 5 days and 2 weeks for delivery depending on the destination.

Payment in full must be made prior to dispatch of any order. We accept payment by credit card (we currently accept VISA, ACCESS/MASTERCARD and SWITCH and debit cards).

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of the producs purchased, products from our website can be exchanged or refunded provided they have not been worn and are in their original packaging with tags still attached. In order to return an item, please use the steps below.

Non-sale items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Sale items within 7 days.

The postage will not be refunded & you are responsible for any returns postage costs.

To return an item, please use the returns section on the delivery note included with your order. This has a return address label attached. Returns cannot be processed without the return form.

If for some reason you require another copy of this delivery note please contact Miranda@daxbourne.com or call 0207 3579908.

We suggest that you use special delivery to return your item as we cannot be held responsible for returned item that do not reach us.

We aim to process returns within 10 working days of receiving the returned item, however at busy times this may take longer.

This does not affect your statutory righs as governed by English Law.
