Terms & Conditions

1) Delivery - we accept orders for delivery in the UK, Continental Europe, USA & Canada and most other countries worldwide.

We aim to dispatch orders the following working day, however during busy periods, dispatch may be delayed an extra day or two. No charges will be made to your credit until the goods are dispatched.

 

Delivery Times and Prices:

Delivery via Royal Mail 1st Class :  £5.95

Delivery via  Royal Mail Special Delivery is :  £7.50

Postage to European destinations is £7.00  and can take up to 5 days for delivery

Postage to the rest of the world is £10.00  and can take between 5 days and 2 weeks for delivery depending on the destination.

 

2) Prices - We endeavor to hold the prices as shown on this website. Hothair explicitly retains the right at any time to revise prices to take account any increase in costs, including the increase or imposition of any tax, duty or other levy and variation in exchange rates. We will take all reasonable steps to inform you of any relevant revision of prices at the time of confirmation of your order. Unless otherwise stated, the price quoted will include VAT and any other tax or duty payable.

 

3) Payments - Payment in full must be made prior to dispatch of any order. We accept payment by credit card (we currently accept VISA, ACCESS/ MASTERCARD, and SWITCH and debit cards).

 

4) Legal Liability - Hothair liability to you whether for breach of: contract, negligence, misrepresentation or otherwise shall in no circumstance exceed the price charged to you for the defective, damaged or undelivered goods which give rise to such liability. Hothair shall have on liability for any indirect or consequential losses or expenses suffered by you, however caused.

6) Cancelling your Order  - at Hothair we are committed to complete customer satisfaction. 

 

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us Daxbourne International –Trading as Hothair, 103 Union St SE1 0LA via email to miranda@daxbourne.com  of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement .

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least ex-pensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than –

(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or

(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
